E012 Brian Dukes | Founder's Journey: Exit Preparation

Brian didn't begin his career as an entrepreneur, starting his professional journey in Big 5 Consulting before getting an MBA at the University of Michigan, but instead of taking a traditional MBA job, he joined his first startup - a Ford Motor Company Joint Venture. Three years later he cofounded a technology and digital marketing agency, built that business into an automotive industry leader, and began to cut his teeth in M&A, through those experiences, in 2022 Brian embraced the opportunity to join a friend to build Exitwise... an M&A Advisory platform that provides exit education and transaction support to fellow business owners as they navigate their entrepreneurial journeys.
